  5. Cut, remove, and reseal all blistered areas of field, curb and wall flashings as needed.
  6. Reseal all open laps in curb and wall flashings as needed.
  7. Reseal all penetrations through roof as needed.
  8. Carefully inspect all field plies for splits, cracks, deterioration, and or holes. Reseal per existing roof specifications.
  9. Apply energy efficient coatings on all exposed mastics, and new repair areas as needed.
  10. Clean and remove all loose debris, vegetation, granules, and materials used to perform this maintenance.
